Breakfast 3/1/11

New day, new month.  Last month I didn't do so well on my nutrition.  I drank more alcohol than I should have and ate bad meals more than I should have.  March will be back to dedication.

Breakfast...

2 cups kashi crunch cereal
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup blueberries
flax seed oil

Midmorning Snack

1 medium banana
