Dinner and Dessert 3/1/11

Hey all.  Good eats after a hard ride.



Dinner:

3oz whole wheat fettucini
5oz grilled boneless skinless chicken breast
1/3rd cup pasta sauce with parmesian cheese
6oz sauteed asparagus
6oz Chobani greek yogurt

Dessert:

2oz organic blue corn tortilla chips
3oz black bean salsa
Total calories: 1,055
